There are a few things you should keep in mind with regard to refunds. As you will see below from the refund formulas, refunds—when requested after you have already received earnings on purchases—impact most heavily, the individual who is processing the refund and the line of connections that Trunited compensates through its Marketer Match referral payout system. Trunited is happy to accept and process the refunds of its Pointholders and/or Marketers; some may find it to be a simple process of gifting the product to another Pointholder or Marketer, but must do so at the same or within 10% of the original purchase price. Under no circumstances may a Trunited product be sold on any other platform as outlined in Trunited Regulation 6.9 and the Trunited Terms of Service.
How to Qualify for a Refund
To qualify for a product refund on a Big Reward Brand or TruBox Club purchase from Trunited:
- You must have first purchased a product using the Trunited.com check out cart;
- You must request a refund within 30 days from the date you purchase the product;
- You must submit a formal request in writing to Trunited at email@example.com; and
- You must return the product:
- in a good, salable condition; and
- in its original packaging, unopened, with seals and labels intact.
- TRUNITED WILL NOT GRANT ANY REFUND, RETURN, OR EXCHANGE REQUEST IF REQUESTS ARE MADE MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED.
- Requests for full refunds through Retailer brands shall be handled with the respective Retailer brand.
Things You Should Consider When Returning a Product Purchased on trunited.com:
If you qualify for a refund, but you have already been rewarded points for that purchase, your refund will be subject to the following Refund Formula:
- Price Paid for Product – (Profit Points of Product * Profit Point Value in Month Purchased) – (Marketer Match Points Earned from Product Purchase * Profit Point Value in Month Purchased) = Refund Amount.
- If the Refund Amount is a negative number, the amount beyond what was paid will be in the Refund Balance that must be paid before any Refund is processed.
- The Formula for a Refund for Any Marketer Who Matched and Was Paid a Commission Upline from Pointholder Requesting a Return:
- Marketer Match Points Earned from Refunded product * Profit Point Value in Month Purchased, Marketer Matched and Paid = Refund Balance
- Refund Balance subtracted from Month End Payouts until 100% Returned.
Damaged or Defective Products
Receipt of Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product purchased on trunited.com:
- Please contact Trunited Customer Service at (888) 407-4091 right away;
- Upload pictures of the damaged or defective product(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org; and
- Provided you contact Trunited within 30 days from the date of purchase and email pictures of the damaged or defective product, Trunited will replace those products at no charge in lieu of a refund.
- If you wish to exchange a product purchased on trunited.com, please contract Trunited Customer Service at (888) 407-4091.
- Once the product is received by Trunited and Trunited verifies that the product is in good salable condition, and in its original packaging unopened with labels intake, Trunited will ship an exchange product within five to seven business days.
- Product exchange requests will not be granted if the request is made more than 30 days after the product was purchased.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping on product exchanges.
Non-Receipt of Product
- If you did not receive a product you ordered on trunited.com, please contact Trunited Customer Service at (888) 407-4091, or email@example.com.
- You will be asked to fill out an “Affidavit of Non-Receipt.”
- Click here to view the “Affidavit of Non-Receipt.”
- After Trunited receives your completed Affidavit of Non-Receipt, it will determine whether or not to resend the product.
Refund Type and Timeline:
- Refunds will be issued by the same means product was purchased, generally.
- A refund amount in the form of a Trunited Gift Card will be given within one to two business days from the date Trunited determines that you qualify for a refund.
- A cash or credit card refund will be given within five to seven business days from the date Trunited determines that you qualify for a refund.
- Trunited reserves the right to deny any refund, return, or exchange at its sole discretion.
